Homelessness charity Church Housing Trust raises funds to support homeless people of all ages in hostels, women's refuges, day centres, foyers, specialist supported housing for people with drug, alcohol and mental health problems, and projects for ex offenders throughout England.
Supporting over 70 projects run by ECHG, we provide ‘added value’ funding for situations not covered by statutory grants. Great emphasis is placed on helping homeless people to gain the confidence and skills to enable them to re-integrate successfully into mainstream society.
Church Housing Trust raises money for the SPACES welfare and resettlement fund to benefit ex service personnel who use SPACES.
The money will be used to help clients re-settle back into civilian life. For example by:
• providing financial assistance to enable them to put down a deposit on a flat;
• providing essentials such as crockery or basic furnishings for a flat;
• enabling a client to enrol on a training course.
Your donation could be of vital help to ex-service personnel who may be very vulnerable on leaving the services.
